Silvia Dello Russo, PhD in Organizational Psychology from University Sapienza of Rome (Italy), is currently Associate Professor of OB, HRM & Organization at Luiss University (Rome, Italy) and Associate Dean for Research at Luiss Business School. She is also a research fellow at the Business Research Unit of ISCTE (Lisbon, Portugal). Previously, she worked as Associate Professor at TBS (Toulouse, France, 2019-2022) and Assistant Professor at ISCTE (Lisbon, Portugal, 2012-2018). Her research interests include work motivation along the life span, HR practices for development, with a particular focus on Performance Management and Feedback, and the interaction between individuals and their organizational context. She has won competitive research grants from FCT (the Portuguese National Foundation for Science and Technology), SIOP Foundation and the Italian Ministry of Research (PRIN projects).
