Paula Rozo is professor in the Department of Management at Los Andes University. Currently doing her PhD in Management at Tulane University. Earned her Master´s degree in Organizational Coaching at Sydney University.  Her research centers upon public service motivation, the impact of contingent and non-contingent contracts in the local government on psychological contract; the relationship between subjective career success and career investments and performance management systems in art and culture organizations.
