Yan Shen is Assistant Professor in the Gustavson School of Business in University of Victoria.  She earned her DBA with emphasis on Organizational Behavior at Boston University. Her primary research centers on individuals’ mentoring and developmental relationships, their perception of career success, and their ways of handling career transitions across different cultural and institutional contexts.
