Adam Smale (adam.smale@uva.fi) is a Professor of Management at the University of Vaasa, Finland. British by nationality he has lived and worked in Finland for over 10 years and is part of the Finland team which joined 5C in 2012. His research interests lie in HRM, talent management and careers in multinational corporations.
