Janine Bosak is Full Professor in Organisational Psychology/Behaviour and HRM at Dublin City University Business School. She completed her PhD with summa cum laude at the Department for Psychology, University of Bern (Switzerland). Janine was a visiting Research Fellow at Boston University/USA in 2015, a James M. Flaherty Visiting Professor at HEC Montreal/Canada in 2016 and she is currently a Visiting Professor at the Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing/China. Janine conducts research, teaches and consults in the areas of 1.) Women and Leadership; and 2.) Employee Well-being in Organizations and she has published numerous articles in international renowned peer-review journals in these areas. Currently, Janine is a Consulting Editor of the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology (JOOP) and the European Journal of Social Psychology (EJSP) and she serves on various editorial boards (e.g. HRMJ, JPP, JOEPP). Janine is also a member of the Academy of Management, the European Association of Work and Organisational Psychology, and the European Association of Social Psychology.
