Olusegun Babalola is a PhD student in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at the University of Houston, Texas. She worked as a Research Associate at the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, Nigeria where she also earned a Master of Philosophy in Organizational Behaviour. Her research interests include quantitative research methods, work values, career management and development; specifically, how individual differences and situational contexts affect individuals’ attitudes and orientations towards career-self-management.
