Jon Briscoe is Professor of Management at Northern Illinois University since 1999.  He is a co-founder of 5C and a past-president of the Careers Division of the Academy of Management.  In addition to comparative culture studies of careers, he does research in areas of the protean and boundary less careers, career management, leadership, and values.
