Jean-Luc Cerdin is Professor of International Human Resource Management and Academic Director of the Executive HRM Master at ESSEC Business School. He gained a doctorate from Toulouse University and a Master of Science from the LSE in the UK. He is also a Research Fellow of the Centre for Global Workforce Strategy at Simon Fraser University in Canada and he has served as Visiting Professor at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Rutgers University and University of Missouri St-Louis in the USA. He researches, publishes and consults in three primary areas, international mobility (expatriation and migration), global careers and global talents.
