Silvia Dello Russo, PhD in Organizational Psychology from University Sapienza of Rome (Italy), is currently Associate Professor of OB, HRM & Organization at Luiss University (Rome, Italy) and a researcher affiliated to the Business Research Unit of ISCTE (Lisbon, Portugal). Previously, she worked as Associate Professor at TBS Education (Toulouse, France, 2019-2022) and Assistant Professor at ISCTE (Lisbon, Portugal, 2012-2018). Her research spans the interaction between the individual and the organizational context, work motivation along the life span and HR practices for development, with a particular focus Performance Management and Feedback and has been funded by the FCT (the Portuguese National Foundation for Science and Technology) and the SIOP Foundation.
