Henrique Duarte is professor at ISCTE (Lisbon, Portugal) since 2000. Currently, he is Associate Professor in the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior (HROB), where he coordinates the specialization in HR-OB of the Doctoral program in Management.

He obtained his “Agregation” degree in Human Resources (ISCTE, 2019) and his PhD in Organizational and Social Psychology (ISCTE, 2007).

Henrique has participated in the evaluation of EU programs, has been human resource manager at a financial institution (1993-1998) and held a technical HRM job at a major company in the automotive industry (1990-1993).

His research interests revolve around uncertainty, cooperation and counter-productive behaviors in teams, as well the relationships between HR practices and the establishment of power asymmetries and trust on organizations.
