Zhangfeng Fei is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Trade , Glorious Sun School of Business and Management, Donghua University in the People’s Republic of China； she is the member of China’s team in 5C Group. She earned her Ph.D. in Manangement of Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research focuses on culture-comparative career development study, and Chinese enterprises’ internationalization.
