Martina Gianecchini (PhD, Business Management, University of Udine) is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Padova (Italy). She is Scientific Director of the Executive Master in Human Resource Management at CUOA Business School. Her main research interests regard human resource management, career management and entrepreneurship.
