Sushanta Kumar Mishra is Associate Professor, OB & HRM area, at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (India). Previously he had served IIM Indore in different roles, including as Dean (Research), Dean (Programs), and member of the Board of Governors. He pursued his Doctoral course from IIM Ahmedabad. He has received the IFCI award for the best thesis proposal. He is the recipient of the Emerging Diversity Scholar Award from NCID, University of Michigan. His research interest includes individual issues in work organizations.
