
Emma Parry is a Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Head of the Changing World of Work Group at Cranfield School of Management in the United Kingdom. Her research interests focus on the impact of the changing context on work, the workplace and the workforce, specifically the influence of national context, changing workforce demographics and technological advancement on HRM and careers. Emma has published several books and numerous peer reviewed articles in these areas. Emma is a Fellow of the British Academy of Management and Academy of Social Sciences, Academic Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and an Honorary Fellow of the Institute for Employment Studies, as well as a Visiting Fellow at Westminster Business School. She is also Co-Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Human Resource Management.
