
Lea Reiss is a Research and Teaching Associate at the Interdisciplinary Institute for Management and Organizational Behavior at WU Vienna, Austria. She graduated from Copenhagen Business School with a Master in Business, Language and Culture specialized in change and diversity management. Since March 2019, Lea Reiss completes her PhD in Economics and Social Sciences. Her research focuses on privileges and disadvantages that individuals face based on different diversity dimensions in the course of their careers. In her dissertation, she brings attention to how the interplay of gender and social class origin shapes career outcomes and possibilities for career mobility.
