Bryndis Steindorsdottir is a PhD candidate in the department of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour at BI Norwegian Business School. She is Icelandic by nationality and has been living in Norway for over 7 years. She holds a MSc degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School. Her research focuses on the impact of supportive relations and career opportunities for career success across the lifespan. Specifically, her research examines how individuals at different ages respond to support, opportunities, and obstacles in their career.
